With state-of-the-art multi-station cold headers ranging from 3-station to 7-station configurations and wire diameters from 2mm to 25mm, we manufacture everything from miniature precision fasteners to heavy-duty bolts and specialty cold-formed components. Our capabilities include single-blow heading, progressive multi-blow operations, thread rolling, trimming, and pointing—all performed in continuous automated sequences at speeds exceeding 300 pieces per minute.
