Hot Forging

At Fedele Autocore, we source our raw materials from reputable, approved steel mills, acquiring bars and flats in various sizes to meet specific product requirements. We implement stringent measures to protect these materials from corrosion, degradation, and other damaging processes. Upon arrival, all incoming steel undergoes comprehensive testing in our metallurgical and mechanical laboratories, utilizing advanced equipment such as BHN Hardness Testers and Tensile Testing Machines to ensure quality. Each bar is color-coded according to established standards for easy identification. Once approved, the material is transferred to our cutting department, where it is precisely cut using heavy-duty presses and bandsaw machines. This meticulous approach to material handling and processing forms the foundation of our high-quality forging products.
